Fees & Dues
 Cost to Join:
Initial costs are one time Membership Fee $99.00 (See how to earn refund). Monthly dues are $50.00. Active Club member's spouse and dependents may join by paying a one-time $10.00 fee and $10.00/ month dues. The $99.00 Membership fee is waived for spouses and dependents.
Billing:
Members are billed each month for flight time from the previous month and dues for the current month. Payment in full is required by the 20th of each month. A 10% late fee is assessed for payments not received by the 20th of the month.
Aircraft Rates:
AFAC operates three aircraft as listed below. The first two Cessna aircraft are owned by AFAC, and are maintained by AFAC's preferred shop, the Gibbs Service Center. As indicated, one is leased and is maintained by the owner. Its maintenance is managed by AFAC's Maintainance Officer, who keeps in constant close contact with the owner.

 *Rates are based on hobbs time, and are subject to change based on fuel prices (currently at Base Rate plus adjustment for Club fuel price of $7.86/gal on 12/26/23 - see Fuel/Rate ladder here) and are effective as of: 1/1/2024. Leased aircraft rate is set by the owner and currently will match 216AF for fuel price adjustments.
**Minimums are per any part of multiple calendar days, in effect only when an aircraft is scheduled for more than four hours. They do not apply to student pilots on cross country flights.
