U.S. government employees (i.e., the federal government, the State of California, the County of San Diego, the cities located within San Diego County)

Retired members of any of the above organizations

The spouse, parent, sibling, or non-dependent children of an active AFAC member; the child of such member under 21 years of age, unmarried and deriving 50% or more of their income and/or support from such member.
